The owners used to live in one of the apartments and then rent out the other two apartments in the summer. The Bottom Apartment

This apartment was the old wine store and workshop for the farm. It has a large double bedroom with the original patio doors that open onto the terrace at the front of the house, perfect for catching the morning sun.
This apartment is ideal for a couple.

There is a Spacious lounge with fully fitted kitchen/dining room that includes gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave oven. There is then a separate bathroom with shower, hand basin and W.C.. All the rooms have beamed ceilings and the french windows open onto the front patio.

The Middle Apartment

This apartment sleeps 5 people in comfort. The main double bedroom has a bed set into the original fireplace and also has a single bed. The room has its original chestnut wood ceilings.
The second double bedroom was the original chestnut drying room. French windows open out onto the side of the house at ground level.
The lounge/kitchen also has a wood-burner (logs available) within the original stone fireplace.

The lounge is spacious lounge with a fully fitted kitchen/dining room that includes a gas cooker, a fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave oven.

There is again a separate bathroom with shower, hand-basin and w.c. There is full central heating in the cooler months.
A sofa bed is available for 2 further people.

The Top Apartment

This apartment sleeps four. It has two double bedrooms; the front bedroom faces eastward toward the rising sun and has a stunning view, whilst the second bedroom has its own balcony.

There is a kitchen/dining room that includes gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave oven.
There is a separate bathroom with shower, hand-basin and w.c.
This apartment again has full central heating in the cooler months.
All rooms have beamed ceilings. Opposite the staircase to the apartment is the communal lounge. Opposite the top apartment across the hall is the Loggia, which is a large communal room open to the weather, but still under the roof of the house.

The Studio
------------
The studio is a huge room with a mezzine bedroom. There is, even though we call it the studio, a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs, there is a second bedroom and bathroom complete with shower.
