This house is set in one of the most stunning areas around Lucca between Lucca and the sea in the area where the more famous D.O.C. wines are grown. The position is stunning with views overlooking the city and across the vineyards. In the other direction, one can see the sea from the olive groves.

The house was restored in the ‘80’s but the original owners had the forethought not to pull out all the original features and have left the house very pleasing to the overseas market. The property is currently pallet stuccoed but it is easy to straight stucco and paint it ochre. Under the house are large cantina’s.

The house is ready to move into although it has been empty for a couple of years so it will need a little freshening up.
