Our property maintenance package takes the effort out of managing your Italian property. The service covers:
• A bill payment service for electricity, water, insurance, local taxes etc.
• Forwarding post and accepting deliveries
• Ensuring compliance with local administrative requirements

• Closing up for the winter if required
