About Us
Our purpose is simple: To get you in touch with the information you need about real estate as quickly as possible. We have over 25 years of experience with international property. Due to overwhelming demand we are expanding our service to cover the whole of Italy. Although Properties Around Italy still has the original website for property below 200,000 Euro, we have re-designed a new website for exclusive properties as we felt that is has to reflect all the latest technical capabilities. We remain as ever dedicated to real estate - we don't want to clutter up our pages with flashing banners and advertisements that confuse you, and we have sought to maintain the same clarity and focus that many of you have complimented in the past. A picture tells a thousand words, so rather than give you text to sort through to make your choices, we are taking you straight to the images of the properties for sale. Just click on the thumbnail and you have the property details in front of you. We don't consider this to be our site, we think of it as yours. That is why over the past 2 years we have resisted the temptation to jazz up the pages in favour of giving you the information in the clearest and most accessible way. The new PAI Exclusive website is built in such a way to be completely expandable, and we have great plans for the future. We would like those plans to include you, and just as we have relied heavily on your comments in the past to design the new PAI Exclusive website, we ask you to let us know what it is YOU want to use, so we can continually develop the site to meet YOUR needs.
